All deposits are non-refundable but are transferable if notice is given according to policy and appointment is rescheduled. 50% of the total service(s) booked will be charged to the card on file for any no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment. Clients who are 15+ minutes late for their scheduled appointment are considered a no-show, their appointment is canceled and will be charged 50% of the total service(s) booked to the card on file.
